well, i may have been super lazy yesterday and just didn't feel like blogging! after work yesterday i was just super tired so yeah.. that was that! sooooo.. in honor of missing a day i shall do two today!
day thirteen: a fictional book
well, i already did my favorite book so i guess i will just do the last book i read! i actually do love reading, but recently i haven't found anything that i wanted to read, and add in the fact that i have been busy with work so that means the last book i read was The Lucky One by nicholas sparks! back in i think april rey was doing some meu training for his current deployment and was gone for two weeks. nights were always the worst for me since i was alone in bed and what not so i went and bought this book and i absolutely loved it! first off, i don't think you can go wrong with nicholas sparks, but add in the fact that this book is about a marine, it just made it perfect for me! without giving anything away this book is about a marine who while in iraq or afghanistan, i can't remember, he found a picture of this girl and he carried it in his pocket and basically it became his good luck charm. after getting out of the marines he goes on a search to find this lady, and once he finds her he gets to know her, not telling her about the picture.. and it pretty much goes on from there! so if you are looking for a good book i would totally suggest this one!
day fourteen: a non fictional book
okay, so honestly i don't think i have really ever read one. i think in high school i was supposed to read one and i just skimmed over everything and wrote my report on that.. so i guess i don't really have one.. unless you count a cookbook! i asked one of my friends who is crazy about fitness some good tips to lose weight and she said it's all about good nutrition, so i asked her for some good recipes or where to find healthy recipes because i have looked on the internet and failed and she suggest Eating For Life. that day I went out and bought it! it was a little pricey.. but i think totally worth it! all the recipes sound AMAZING and it also gives you portion sizes so you know just the perfect amount to eat! i have yet to actually make one of the recipes yet, but it all looks delicious and it's actually stuff you'd want to eat, and all the ingredients are stuff you'd find around the kitchen so it's not a bunch of weird random stuff! so yeah, if you are thinking about eating healthy i would suggest this book too!
